Payments:

All payments must be made by PayPal.  I allow 3 days to receive your payment after which time a reminder will be sent.  If you have not paid within 8 days I will advise eBay in order to reclaim my fees.  If you are having problems making payment please contact me as soon as possible.

If making multiple purchases please make just 1 combined payment at completion of shopping - DO NOT SEND SEPARATE PAYMENTS

Postage Charges:

Postage costs include the stamp plus packaging materials and a small amount towards labour.

UK CUSTOMERS:  
Postage is charged at a flat rate of £1 second class or £1.20 first class no matter what you order.  To receive flat rate postage please use the 'ADD TO BASKET' option and then go to checkout to make payment in one transaction. If eBay has not automatically applied the relevant discounts please request a 'total from seller' and wait for this to arrive before you pay. Please be patient as I cannot always send a total straight away, invoices are sent manually during office hours. DO NOT PAY FOR EACH ITEM INDIVIDUALLY AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED POSTAGE FOR EACH ITEM.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
To get the best postage discounts please request a 'total from seller' and wait for this to arrive before you pay. Please be patient as I cannot always send a total straight away, invoices are sent manually during office hours.

Delivery:
Parcels are dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment to the address specified on the eBay order.  Orders will be sent by Royal Mail and parcels of high value may be sent by recorded delivery at no extra cost to you. You will receive a dispatch notification when your goods have been posted. Most UK parcels arrive within 3/5 days but occasionally things do go missing. If your parcel is late please check with your local sorting office to make sure it is not there. Royal Mail do not consider parcels lost until 15 working days after the due date (45 days for overseas mail). Please contact me if your goods have not arrived by this time. Parcels returned to me as 'undelivered' will incur additional postage charges to resend.  
     

Returns & Refunds:
Customer satisfaction is my top priority; I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied in any way you may return any item purchased from me within 14 days. I will issue a full refund (excluding return postage cost) on receipt of the item provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact me before returning any item so that I know it's on its way.  I advise you to obtain proof of posting as I cannot be held liable if they are lost or damaged in the post.    


Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items:
Faulty items, items damaged in transit or missing items must be reported to me within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.  A refund (including return postage costs) or replacement will be issued upon receipt of any faulty goods.  If you do not contact me before returning faulty goods return postage charges may not be refunded.  Any items missing from your parcel because I have omitted to include them will be sent at my cost.  


Feedback
I always leave feedback but only when feedback has been left for me as this is my way of knowing your parcel has arrived safely. If there are any problems at all, then please contact me before you leave feedback as I can't help if I don't know about it.

Defects:
The following are now considered 'defects' by eBay for which sellers are penalised - neutral or negative feedback, less than 4 stars and opening a case in the resolution centre.  Buyers that do any of these are now automatically blocked from buying as this has a detrimental effect on my seller account.  To avoid this please contact me using the 'other' option if you have any issues with a transaction - I am very approachable.
