We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible and normally within 5 working days of your order. We use third party carriers to deliver on our behalf. Currently we use CityLink for our deliveries and any deliveries large enough to be despatched on a pallet will be despatched via the Pall Ex pallet network. All our carriers require a signature on delivery, if nobody is in at the time of delivery our carriers will not leave the goods without prior consent, therefore if you are likely to be out please leave delivery instructions when you order. The general delivery times for our carriers is 8-30 to 5-30. We do also ship to Europe and our shipping chargers are very competitive, please contact us for more info.
