Once the item has left us, it is the responsibility of the carrier to attain the target delivery time. We do supply your contact details for the carrier upon the order being dispatched. Please contact our office if you need us to chase the delivery.
IMPORTANT - IF THE ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED YOU MUST SIGN FOR IT AS DAMAGED AND NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OR WE CANNOT MAKE A CLAIM FOR MISSING GOODS AND CANNOT REPLACE THEM FREE OF CHARGE.
Customers have 14 days from receipt to return any goods for reasons other than the item being faulty or errors made by Countrymason. We do not accept goods back outside this time frame.
There are two options:
1.We can arrange for the item to be collected at a cost of £25 on an appointed working day. Failure to be available on the arranged date will result in a further collection charge of £25. It is the responsibility of the customer returning the item to ensure that it is packaged well for the return journey. Upon receipt of the full goods back in a resaleable condition, a refund for the purchase price of the goods will be made via the original method of payment. For items collected outside of the mainland UK and in some Scottish postcodes, the collection charge will be different, please ask for further details.
2. You arrange for the items to be shipped back to our offices under your own method of carriage. The customer is liable for the safe transportation of goods until they are received back at the company's offices. Upon receipt of the full goods back in a resaleable condition, a refund for the purchase price of the goods will be made via the original method of payment.
No items for returns can be accepted at the company's offices without prior agreement and without a copy of the RMA which will be emailed to you upon application to return the goods.

Terms & conditions
The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company's services and materials. By purchasing an item from Countrymason you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
Ordering From Us
The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate current at the date of invoice. Due to Systems Limitations we are unable to deduct VAT for export out of the UK. We are only able to ship to fixed residential or business addresses to certain countries within the EU. Please check the shipping configuration on each item to see if postage is possible to your area. We are unable to ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Payment and Selection of Items
Payment for items purchased through eBay must be made at time of the initial order. No goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company. If payment is not made in full and the goods have been shipped then Countrymason retains title of goods. If payment is made and then is withdrawn once goods have been shipped Countrymason will seek to recover the goods or the value of the goods plus expenses. Interest will be charged at the rate of 8% above bank base rate.
Normally items ordered will be dispatched on the next working day from the day ordered and sent on the delivery service selected on checkout. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays and closure days as specified in our opening hours. The exceptions to this are items which are not stocked or items which specify that they are special order on the product page. You will be kept informed of the progress of your order and parcel-tracking data will be sent to you by email. Once the item has left us we are in the hands of the carrier in order for them to attain the target delivery time. We do supply contact details for the carrier upon the order being dispatched and please contact our office if you need us to chase delivery.

We will endeavor to deliver the goods as specified on the delivery service selected at point of order. If the item is not delivered by our contracted carrier service within the timescales advised please advise us and we will downgrade and refund any payment to the next level of delivery service. We would ask that you do not arrange any events that are relating to receiving the item until it is has actually been received and it has been checked fully by yourself to ensure it is intact and correct.
Returns under the DSR (Changed Mind)
Customers have 14 working days from the receipt of goods to advise that they wish to return them. This must be done either by Email or Phone. If you wish to return items the options are as follows.
1. You arrange for the items to be shipped back to our offices under your own method of carriage. The customer is liable for the safe transportation of the goods until they are received back at the companies office. Upon receipt of the full goods back a refund for the purchase price of the goods paid will be made back to the original method of payment. It will be accepted that the packaging will be opened however the goods must not be installed or used.
2. FOR UK ADDRESSES ONLY we can arrange for the item to be collected from the place of delivery. There is a charge of £25 for mainland UK except AB and IV postcodes and £40 for all other areas. This is the pure cost of arranging for a carrier to collect the item and transport it back to us. The purchaser must ensure that they are available at the arranged date and time for collection of the item. Failure to be available will result in an abortive charge by the carrier and this will be passed onto the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the items are packaged in order to protect them for the return journey. All loose components must be securely fastened. Any damage caused because of failure of this will result in the cost being deducted out of any refund due to the customer. If the item is returned used then no refund will be given. No items for returns can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement and without a copy of the RMA which has to be completed on our website and a link emailed to you.
Returns due to faulty items or incorrect items being received, in this event please contact Countrymason offices and we will arrange for the item to be collected. In some cases we will request that the customer send the item back to us however we will reimburse postage costs of the cheapest method of traceable carriage.
In the event of Countrymason needing to inspect the goods in the event of a claim under the manufactures warrantee then it will be the responsibility of the end user bearing the cost of the return of the goods using the cheapest traceable method and a refund given once the goods have been inspected and verified that the fault is due to product failure. In the event of the problem being due to misuse then it would be the responsibility of the end user to arrange collection of the goods. Guarantee, if the item develops a fault which is covered by the manufactures guarantee and is during the manufacturers warrantee period then we will repair the item and in the event of this not being possible we will replace on a like for like basis. The company does not accept responsibility for damage to any equipment in which our products are used for the purpose other than those for which it was designed.
Privacy and Data Protection
Countrymason will not share any address, contact details or payment details with any other parties. We may contact you to advise you of any special offers. If you do not wish to receive this notification, please let us know in writing.
