Duties and Taxes for International customers
You are responsible for any duties and or taxes (if any) for receiving your package. We prepay all shipping fees in advance, so any fee imposed on you is a duty or tax that your country applies on the shipment (we have no control over these rates). We will include a copy of your invoice on the outside of the package as documentation for the customs house. Most taxes and duties are equal to 15-25% of the purchase price.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If you refuse any shipments or the package is undeliverable as addressed, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes or customs charges that are incurred on the package on both the original and return shipments, and the cost of returning the package to Costume Kingdom. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We process your shipping information electronically, so the address you enter is the address that goes on your package. Please double-check your information for accuracy before submitting your order.
Costume Kingdom will ship all U.S. packages via UPS as well as USPS, we will determine at time of shipment which will be more reliable and expeditious based on your individual order.
