Company Information:
We are established eBay seller and have been supplying
the public with excellent products of great value, service, and excellent
quality items, safe and secure in the knowledge of that many thousands of other
eBay members have happily done so before you.
We are a genuine VAT registered company in the UK. We
complies with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the
Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions
Act.
Customer satisfaction is our goal. Our mission was and
still is to always "Go One Step Further"
All of our products are stocked in our 20,000 sq ft
warehouse and are shipped out directly from there so your item is ready for
dispatch as soon as you've ordered it.
We sell only items which are currently in stock and are
ready to be dispatched immediately.
Crime Prevention:
It is a criminal offence to give a false name or a known
invalid credit card to order from us. We will prosecute to the maximum extent if
anyone caught knowingly trying to place fraudulent orders or giving false
information in which case all information will be passed onto the police, and
any future correspondents will be blocked from any dealings with.
We take false claims seriously. Anyone suspected in
providing false non arrival claims to us or via PayPal will be excluded from
buying from us and our affiliate partners. We always inform eBay to make a note
on your account for every non arrival claim or reverse payments to reduce
criminal activity on eBay. Submitting false claims is theft and you will be
banned from eBay and prosecuted by us if caught.
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to
suspend or terminate your purchase immediately and without notice to you if:
- we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have
in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site.
- you fail to make any payment to us when due;
- you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or
otherwise); when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a
reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the
accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
Pricing Policy:
We will endeavour to keep all pricing and product
descriptions as accurate as possible, however from time to time there may be an
error which will occur in which case we will contact you as soon as possible to
inform you of the error. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you
have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of
reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable
to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have
already paid for the goods, we will provide a full refund.
Privacy Policy:
Please note that you agree to be contacted by email as
means of communication from us as to processing your order and for any other
promotions or competitions that may be relevant to you but will not disclose any
of your information to any third party company whatsoever, however if you do not
wish to receive any of this information then please click the unsubscribe link
and we will remove you from our mailing list.
We do not store any of your Financial details. We do not pass on your personal,
credit or debit card details to any third party.
Delivery:
We shall bear no responsibility for any delays in the
delivery service which is beyond our control like acts of God, war, flood, fire,
labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage,
explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events however we will try
our upmost to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible and to the
satisfaction of both parties.
