If you receive non-working, defective, damaged, misrepresented or unwanted items
and you want to return for a refund or replacement than you have to notify us
within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel and return with our returns form
and we guarantee customer satisfaction.
Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee from your
purchase date, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged
packaging, in a re-saleable condition with all contents, with our returns form
and we’ll happily give you a refund.
If you want to return your order for any reason after 30-day of purchase than we
reserve the right to make a 25% to 85% restocking charge for any goods or to
refuse to accept such goods or we offer replacement or we offer partial refund,
at our sole discretion.
Please note to all our customers if they miss-use in any way or use the wrong
item intended for that product then we cannot be held responsible and will not
be liable for any damages. However we are committed to our customer satisfaction
and will try our upmost to resolve if you contact us.

to returns as we will need accurate details of item being returned as this may

How to return an item?
