Returns & Refunds Information:

If you receive non-working, defective, damaged, misrepresented or unwanted items and you want to return for a refund or replacement than you have to notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel and return with our returns form and we guarantee customer satisfaction.

Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a re-saleable condition with all contents, with our returns form and we’ll happily give you a refund.

If you want to return your order for any reason after 30-day of purchase than we reserve the right to make a 25% to 85% restocking charge for any goods or to refuse to accept such goods or we offer replacement or we offer partial refund, at our sole discretion.

Please note to all our customers if they miss-use in any way or use the wrong item intended for that product then we cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for any damages. However we are committed to our customer satisfaction and will try our upmost to resolve if you contact us.

Our company policy is for all customers to give full co-operation to us regards to returns as we will need accurate details of item being returned as this may cause delays in processing your request and may in some cases refuse the item to be returned or refused to process your returns.

How to return an item?

Please note that returns will only be accepted with an Returns Form only which you can download from Click Here , all returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt at our office, Please note in some extreme case & busy period like Chritsmas and New Year it takes more than 20 days.

Please note leaving negative feedback or opening dispute is not a solution which will delay to process your enquiry / returns / refunds because once case go to Resolution Centre we have to reply through eBay / PayPal Resolution Centre. Feedback system is designed to reflect the service given by the seller not to reflect product.

We take false claims seriously like applying chargeback falsely, opening case in Resolution Centre falsely, not co-operating us, etc. Anyone suspected in above activity to us via eBay or via PayPal will be excluded from buying from us and our affiliate partners. We always inform eBay to make a note on your account for every false claim to reduce such activity on eBay and PayPal.
