deliveries we recommend Special Delivery as it is a Guaranteed Delivery on Next
Working Day of Shipping. Please note we will ship all orders sameday placed
before 4pm with service called Special Delivery (Monday-Friday excluding
Weekends, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays).
Items purchased over the weekend or on bank holidays will be sent out the next
working day.
Order Completion is defined when the auction closes and payment has been cleared
and received.

UK Delivery: All items are sent via Royal Mail
unless otherwise stated and usually arrive the next working day, however, Royal
Mail give an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days. If you need your item
urgent than please place an order with option called Special Delivery (NextDay
Delivery) on checkout. Please note we will ship your item in 24 hours

UK Courier Delivery: All items sent via DPD / DHL
and will arrive within 48 hours.

and there is field called Postage & Delivery.
Recorded Delivery: Royal Mail gives an estimated
delivery time of 2-5 working days. Items sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to
you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. We have no control over
this. These are the term and condition for this service. Please allow 18 days
prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt.
International orders are sent by either Standard
Airmail or International Signed for delivery aims to deliver within 3 to 5
working days but is not a guaranteed service. We cannot be held responsible for
delays by the parcel company.
Cost for International Orders: As for international
customers wanting to know postage costs please click on the “see all details”
button on the top of the item description page and there is field called Postage
and will then be able to select their destination from a drop down menu and will
be given costs for postage.
Any customers located outside the eu who wish to purchase our goods can be
assured we will send the right documentation for customs making sure there will
be no duty to pay.
Important:
It is often the case that many items that seem to be undelivered are in fact at
your local Royal Mail collection office or with neighbours waiting to be
collected. Calling cards are not always left by Royal Mail. We therefore ask you
to contact them before contacting us.
And ordering form us means you are agree with us to leave your parcel with
neighbours if no one available at the delivery address at the time of delivery
man come.
If your item does not arrive and you have checked with your neighbours and local
collection office please be aware you need to wait a full 15 working days after
post date before we can assume your item is actually lost. We have to abide by
the Royal Mail policy and follow their procedures for refunds or redelivery.

Lost Parcel: We will only send replacement items
once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 15 days from date of
dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost
after the 15 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by
Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.
Undelivered Parcel: If your parcel comes back to us
due to any reason like addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete,
address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no
one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer is
responsible for, the process of resending the parcel to the buyer again.
Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened or
the packaging is damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items
after they have been accepted.
P&P Explained: Our P&P costs include delivery
charges, packaging, and handling fees, not just the cost of the postage stamp.
To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all
unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of
