POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

P&P prices include packaging material, actual postage fee as well as transaction fee charged by Paypal. More often than not we are actually undercharging the total!
We're honest about the costs and don't undersell something only to put an unreasonable postage price on top. If you have questions about the P&P charges please contact us.
All purchases must be sent by mail. We do not provide a collection service.
Typical delivery times:
- UK: 1 - 2 days
- Europe (except Russia, Italy, Spain): 1 week
- Russia, Italy, Spain: 1 - 2 weeks, because of slow customs procedures
- Worldwide: 1 - 2 weeks, depending on country

CUSTOM DUTY, IMPORT TAX ETC

All our products are sent from the UK. This means UK customers and those from EU don't need to pay any custom duty and import tax.
Customers outside Europe should check if they need to pay any of these fees. Unfortunately these are charged by other countries' governments and they are not our responsibilities. Some the postal services will also charge a service fee. This is also outside our control.
