Our returns policy is easy and straight forward. Please contact us within 7 days on receiving the item. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will be more than happy to replace it or issue you with a refund if necessary. The buyer is responsible for any costs in returning the item.
If you have decided you don’t like the item or just want to exchange or refund it we will be more than happy to do this. However the buyer is responsible for any costs in returning the item and we will deduct our postage costs.
If you are using standard 1st or 2nd class postage, we recommend that you get a proof of postage certificate from your post office. This will cover you against and damage or any loss that may occur.
