14 Day No Questions Asked Return Policy
Should an item not be what you were
expecting you may return it to us in its
original condition for a full refund (less e-bay final value fee) with no
questions asked.
Please contact us first to obtain a Returns Number so that we
can track your return and process your
refund more quickly.
You are responsible for return charges under this option, inks and some media may
not be
accepted under this option if the protective packaging has been opened.
12 Month Faulty Replacement Warranty
All of our products are covered by a 12 month replacement
warranty. If an item
develops a fault then please contact us for a Returns Number and return instructions.
If an item develops a fault within the first 30 days then we will replace or refund the item (whichever you prefer)
and
refund your return postage costs (provided you enclose a receipt).
If an item develops a fault between
30 and 60 days we will replace the item and refund your return postage costs (provided
you enclose a receipt).
Inside 12 months but after the first 60 days we will replace any
faulty item but return shipping will be at the customers
expense.
Exceptions: We will not refund or replace media which as been used or ink cartridges where more than 25%
has been used (except under exceptional circumstances). In the unlikely event of a faulty cartridge this should
be more than adequate to determine the fault. Repeated return of quarter used cartridges will result in an
individual being barred from our
auctions.
Lifetime Warranty
A few of our products come with warranties in excess of 12 months (most cables have a
lifetime warranty).
If an item has a warranty in excess of 12 months it will be clearly stated in the item description.
In the case of warranty periods in excess on 12 months the same conditions apply as above
except that the total length of
warranty is the length specified in the item description.
