Consumable Smart warrants that our products will work correctly and will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your existing equipment. If the products do not meet the standards promised during the warranted period, we will replace, repair or refund your purchase.

Please note that misusing of products will NOT be covered under our warranty.
No Guarantee On Inks and Toner Refills
Due to the nature of the refill products, we offers NO warranty for any ink or toner refills. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the cartridge is in good condition for the refills to work. Please consider it carefully before making a purchase of a refill. It is highly recommended to follow every step in the instructions closely for refills to work.

RETURN & REFUND
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect your item and inform us of any problem. We will replace the defective item if being informed about us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will NOT be responsible for any warranty claim if it is not reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. In that event, you must direct all claims for warranty service to the manufacturer.
Finally, please choose your purchase carefully. We will NOT refund just because you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection.
