Shipping
All orders placed before 2pm will normally be dispatched the sameday, orders after 2pm will be sent the next day.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, time of year e.t.c. But these are the delivery times we aim for, these are working days (Mon-Fri).

Returns
If you have a problem with an item you have purchased please contact us immediately via email for assistance.
You will need to email us for an RMA number before you can return any item. All warranties are provided on a R.T.B (return to base) basis, this means that you will have to pay for the return of the item. If your returned item is indeed faulty we will be happy to provide you will a replacement free of charge, or provide you will a refund if prefered.
