What Happens If...
- You received wrong or faulty products
- Please accept our apologies and let us know using eBay Messages (explained below). We'll send replacement parts as soon as we're informed and may provide packaging / postage for the return of the incorrect items.
- You ordered wrongly or changed your mind
- We will issue a refund on receipt of returned goods, or provide an exchange if preferred.

Returns Policy
We would like our customers to be totally satisfied with the products that we sell and offer a returns policy for those rare occassions when our products don't meet a customers expectation.
If you have received faulty products, incorrect parts, or simply changed your mind about the purchase, then return the order to us. Return Requests should be submitted within 7 working days from receipt of goods and must be done through the Returns systems of eBay's Resolution Centre, or eBay Messages.
Requesting a Refund (Orders Paid by PayPal)
Using Resolution Centre
If you want a refund and paid for your order using PayPal, then the Returns process under eBay's Resolution Centre should be used. A highly efficient method of handling the process, which allows all comminiucation to be tracked, so you can view our responses, the current status and see what the next steps are at any time.
- Go to My eBay
- Click 'Won' or 'Purchase History' from left-hand menu
- Click 'More actions' alongside the item
- Select 'Return this item'
- Choose Reason from dropdown menu
- Enter additional information in box provided
- Click 'Continue'
- Note the Unique Identification Number given
- We then contact you through the Resolution Centre to say what happens next
You must include the Unique Identification Number and Sales Record Number (found on delivery invoice) when you return the goods. Once the return is complete, any agreed refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account (within 7 working days).
Requesting a Refund (Paid by Debit/Credit Card) or to Exchange an Item
Using eBay Messages
The eBay Messages system should be used if you want to request an exchange for an alternative product or if you require a refund for an order paid for by credit/debit card. All messages will be logged in eBay, so there is no risk of emails not being received.
- Go to My eBay
- Click 'Won' or 'Purchase History' from left-hand menu
- Click 'Contact seller' alongside the item
- Select 'Returns' as the topic
- Enter reason for return and what is wanted in box provided
- Click 'Send'
- We then contact you to say what happens next
You must include the Sales Record Number (found on delivery invoice) when you return the goods. Once the return is complete, any agreed refund will be issued (within 7 working days) or an exchange made.

Bespoke Items
Bespoke items and goods made to the customers specification, such as polycarbonate sheets and extra keys for cylinders are non–refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty.
Conditions of Return
- Return Requests should be submitted within 7 working days from receipt of the goods
- Goods must be received by us within 28 days of order being delivered
- Goods should be returned in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and protective bags, however small
- Returns requests should be issued as described above, telephone requests are not acceptable
- If incorrect or faulty parts were supplied then we shall cover the cost of return postage
- Bespoke items and goods made to the customers specification are non–refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty
- Misuse or poor care of goods prior to return may result in reduction of refund amount
- Returned goods should be sent using the most economical Recorded method (often 2nd Class Recorded Signed For)
- Use of the product for anything outside of the normal expected use
- Problems resulting from faulty installation
- Minor differences in specification that does not affect functionality
