 Q: Do you post internationally ?
  A: We post to UK and BFPO destinations only.
 Q: What if my order is lost ?
  A: We keep proof of post for all the items sent. We are not responsible for the order lost in post but we will help you to claim the loss from Royal Mail. Please contact us as soon as possible to speed up the process.

 Q: What are the other methods of payment ?

 Q: Are perfumes new and sealed ?
  A: All perfumes are Brand New. Most of them are in Cellophane packed but all are sealed.
 Q: What stock do I get ?
  A: You will get stock as shown in picture.

  A: All perfumes are packed in box.
 Q: What if my order is lost in post ?
  A: We keep proof of post for all the items sent. We are not responsible for the order lost in post but we will help you to claim the loss from Royal Mail. Please contact us as soon as possible to speed up the process.
 Q: Do you do combined postage discount ?
  A: Once you have purchased your items please ''Request Total from Seller'' before making payment and we will be happy to amend your new invoice
 Q: How long does the parcel take to deliver ?
  A: All goods less than 2 kg are dispatched within 1 working day via Royal Mail Second Class or as mentioned in listing. This generally takes 3 - 5 working days.
 Q: Do you do next day delivery ?
  A: We dispatch goods above 2 kg via ParcelForce which requires your signature. Further details will be sent to you once you buy your goods.
 Q: What happens if I am not there to receive the order ? (ParcelForce Next Day Delivery)
  A: ParcelForce Driver will leave you card. It should state details of the PostOffice where you can collect your parcel.
 Q: What should I do when my order gets delayed ?
  A: Occasionally delivery could be delayed which is not under our control. Please be patient till you get your delivery.
 Q: What should I do If i don't get my order ?
  A: Please send us message if you don't receive your order as mentioned before. We will record your message and request you to wait for 15 working days from the date of post. This allows enough time for delivery and allows to class your order as "Lost" and claim from Royal Mail.
 Q: What is the postage rate for international Shipping?
  A: We will quote you the postage rate upon your request. If you are happy with it you can buy as arranged. We will send you invoice with postage details and you can complete payment.
 Q: When is feedback left ?
  A: All feedback is left in a group every Fridays only after we receive from you.
