We will except returns within 7 days of purchase as long as: |

Goods are in original packing and unused as received |
|
| |
Purchase receipt and transaction number MUST be supplied |
|
| |
You need to obtain a returns number/authorisation from us via email |
|
| |
There will be a 10% handling charge for refunds and please allow 5-7
days for refund |

| |
It is the buyer’s responsibility to return goods via recorded
delivery to ensure the goods reach us safely in their original box/packaging
with all
accesories. We will not refund any delivery costs you may incur in sending
goods back to Comspec Communications |

Comspec Communications will provide an exchange for faulty goods within
7 days of purchase. If there is evidence of missuse or physical damage (including
liquid damage) this may void the refund. This is in addition to manufacturer’s
warranty if supplied by them |

All manufacturing warranty problems need to be taken up with manufactures
and not Comspec Communications following the 7 days of purchase, we will
advice you
of their contact details. |
