RETURN POLICIES FOR REFURBISHED / USED / RECONDITIONED PRODUCTS
Please refer to the listed auction return policy as policies for refurbished / used and reconditioned items may vary greatly. In most cases, the manufacturer warranty may have expired. In other cases, there may not be any warranty at all. For this reason, please pay attention to the return policy as listed.
RETURN POLICIES FOR BRAND NEW ITEMS AND MANUFACTURERS' RECONDITIONED ITEMS
Customer may return the product purchased from Compwaresurplus.com (a division of PHANEL INTERNET & BUSINESS SERVICES) within thirty (30) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company credit will be issued. 25% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping cost is non refundable.
Items with manufacturer's defects: Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement. Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 25% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number.
How to return an item: For Customer service or Tech support questions Please E-mail us at [services@phanel.com] to notify a defective item and request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 24-48 hours to respond to your email even though we always respond in less than 8 hours. Please have your item number available. When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
Returns must be in like new condition. Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories. All returns must be received by Compwaresurplus.com (a division of PHANEL INTERNET & BUSINESS SERVICES) within 10 days from the RMA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 10 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender. We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only.
