I paid for SECOND CLASS postage - when will my item arrive?
SECOND CLASS orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days, however we ask you to allow up to 15 working days to allow for any Royal mail delays. NB The seller is NOT responsible for delivery time if you did not pay for a guaranteed NEXT DAY service. We post quickly to try & ensure items arrive quickly but we don't run the Post Office!
Has my item been dispatched?
Orders paid for before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually sent same day. Orders outside these hours are usually sent next working day. Please allow sufficient time for delivery unless a NEXT DAY signature service was paid for. Please note FIRST CLASS can take up to a week. SECOND CLASS deliveries may take between 3-15 working days to arrive.
I was out when the goods were delivered - My order has not arrived...
Please note that some items may not fit through a standard letterbox and some items require a signature. In this case goods may be held at your local sorting office. Please contact the sorting office to rearrange a delivery time. The postman should leave a card but in our experience goods will be held there even if you did not get a card!
Do you ship internationally? Can I have a tracking number?
yes - we ship worldwide. Please see airmail prices for details. International orders usually take 7 to 10 working days to arrive. No tracking number is provided unless you paid for a signature delivery (International Signed For). Please note cablestar is not responsible for goods once dispatched unless a signature delivery was paid for.

Do you need my PayPal password?
No, we do not want to see your PayPal password or any other sensitive information. All we need to know is your name and address so that we know where to send the order. After you have filled in your name and address in our secure checkout, you will be able to pay by credit card or redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
