You must check your item on the time of delivery before signing for the goods. If you are unhappy for any reason you must refuse delivery and/or collection. Once the item is in your possession the transaction is then complete, we cannot claim for damage in transit and therefore cannot offer a refund on damaged goods from that point on.Our guarantee covers parts only. We do not cover any labour charges for any faults being tampered with in any way (i.e seals broken, item being taken apart, ect). If any unauthorized alterations are found to have been made to a part then any return may be refused. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
For postage we use UK Mail for items that weight 1kg to 30kg, we send them out the day after order, (our cut off time is 1.30pm). For bigger items weighing up to 30kg We use a courier service for 24/48 hr delivery Sat-Sun orders will be processed Monday for delivery Tues/Weds. If you’re not in when the Courier service come they will leave you a card and redeliver the following day or ask to pick up from depot. We are not responsible if the item is returned to us, you will incur a postage cost and return courier cost fee for redirection. Additional postage will be requested if you require the item to be sent to you again.
Postage shown is for the mainland UK only. This does not include NI, ROI, Offshore, the highlands or international shipping. Please contact us before purchase and we will advise the relevant price. We are happy to ship international just contact us for a quote.
In the event you decide to return your item, return carriage is the responsibility of the sender, this may or may not be refunded by ourselves, this is case dependent and we do always try to keep our customers happy.
A restocking fee of 20% may be charged on any item you the consumer has bought incorrectly eg: part numbers / descriptions were not checked or the fault was due to a different part etc…
