We know how important it is to receive your purchase, both quickly and securely. As such, all orders are processed 7 days a week and despatched the same day whenever possible. You will receive an acknowledgement email on receipt of your order and payment, as well as when your item has been despatched worldwide. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, anytime!

 Q: Can I buy more items than you have listed?
  A: Yes, please contact us for a quote as most items are carried in stock and in reasonable quantities. Many customers have returned to buy more of the same or different items and your business is always welcome. If there are certain products you would like to enquire about or need advice on, please feel free to contact us. We're always happy to help!
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Shipping costs are kept to a minimum, as are packing costs, so the customer pays a fair price. Whenever possible, you only pay one shipping fee as the second and subsequent items purchased are sent free of any P&P charge when despatched together.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Items are usually posted 1st class the same day an order is received so they should arrive the next working day in UK. There are exceptions, of course depending on the Royal Mail and delivery may take a bit longer. Overseas orders usually take 3/5 days from despatch and USA/Canada & Asian orders may take up to 7 days to arrive.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: This varies depending upon the weight & size of item and is clearly detailed within each listing at the bottom under 'Delivery Destination' for alternative postal services and costs to country of destination.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Most goods are shipped worldwide, however, there are some specific items where restrictions apply and these are detailed under 'Delivery Destination' for alternative postal services.
 Q: Can I pay by credit or debit card?
  A: Yes, but we do not accept credit/debit card payments directly. Instead, payment can be made using most bank cards via PayPal even if you don't have an existing account. PayPal allows the buyer to pay instantly in local currency without incurring any fees.
 Q: Why is my PayPal payment taking so long to clear?
  A: eCheques take approximately 10 days to clear because it's like writing a cheque, although taking twice as long to clear as a normal cheque. If you wish, you can make payment using alternative means such as credit card via PayPal which is instant or sending a cheque or postal order.
 Q: What other methods of payment do you accept?
  A: Within the UK, we accept payment by cheque, postal order (which doesn't need clearing) or bank transfer (which is both quick and safe). If you wish to transfer funds electronically, our account details can be forwarded and the money should reach our account in a couple of days. If buying from overseas, then PayPal is by far the quickest and safest.
 Q: What should I do if my goods don't arrive?
  A: In the unlikely event that your purchase doesn't arrive within 7-10 days, please contact us so that enquiries can be made at the post office or courier. If there is a tracking number, this will be forwarded to you with proof of postage. Please allow 15 days after date of posting for us to make a claim with the Royal Mail.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item if in unused condition, packaging intact and accessories present. Please contact us if you have any problems before returning item so that we can try to resolve them. If you have just changed your mind, that's fine, but all P&P costs would be non-refundable (if faulty, a full refund is given).
 Q: Can you recommend a good whisky?
  A: Sure, Highland Park from Orkney and the unique Islay malt, Bunnahabhain are both favourites.
