Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal (by far the quickest method) Bank Transfer (details on request) Cheque Postal Order
All items are despatched as quickly as possible, usually the same day or within 1 or 2 working days of receiving cleared funds.

Shipping
Delivery costs are kept to a minimum and we offer a number of options:
DOMESTIC UK - Royal Mail - First Class, First Class Recorded and Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed (excluding Sat.)
Courier - Next Day Delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - we offer the following services to our international buyers:
Airmail, Airsure, International Signed-For and insured Courier.
LOST ITEMS: Very rarely are items lost in the post and a Certificate of Posting is always obtained for every order shipped.
We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their purchase(s) both quickly and in a safe and secure manner. If your item is not delivered within 4-5 working days of placing your order, please let us know. Of course, international shipping may take considerably longer so your patience would be very much appreciated. It may also be worth checking at your local post office where most missing items are held before being returned to sender several weeks later.
We guarantee every customer will receive their item or a full refund. Please note, however, the Royal Mail will only consider a claim for lost or missing goods in the UK 15 working days after posting (10 days for Special Delivery). International shipping claims must be submitted at least 20 working days for items posted to European countries and 25 working days posted to the rest of the world.
All our products are packaged with care and should reach you in perfect condition. Please let us know if goods are damaged in transit as soon as possible so that we can claim for compensation from the couriers.
We also offer domestic and worldwide POSTAGE DISCOUNTS on multiple items ordered at the same time.
Collection in person is also possible so please email us if you would like to collect your item.

Returns
Wherever you are in the world, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order for refund or exchange, free of charge.
The original shipping costs will also be refunded if:
(a) the item you receive is different to that ordered, or
(b) the item you receive is damaged or faulty.
In the above cases a full refund or exchange will be given as soon as the item(s) is received.
If you change your mind and no longer want the goods that's fine, but please let us know beforehand that you wish to return them via email or eBay's 'contact seller' option.
Please note: all return shipping & insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and it is recommended that proof of posting be obtained also.
All refunds will be issued via original payment method within 1 or 2 working days of receiving item(s).
