14 Day Money Back Returns Procedure
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with your purchase.
To return an item the following procedure will apply :-
- Email us at support@commutech.co.uk
or via eBay quoting your invoice number and the reason for return within 14 days
of receiving the item.
- We will ask you to return the item to us using a suitable method.
- Upon receipt of the item we will issue you with a full credit for the item including postage costs. (The item needs to be complete and in an
acceptable condition).
Faulty Item Warranty Procedure
All items that are not brand new are rigorously Q A tested and inspected before being offered for sale.
In the unlikely event of your item having a fault during the warranty period the following procedure will apply :-
- Email support@commutech.co.uk
or via eBay quoting your invoice number and details of the fault.
- If we can not resolve the problem via e-mail then we will request you return the item to us.
- Upon receiving the item we will fully test it to identify the fault.
- Faulty items covered under our warranty be either repaired / exchanged subject to stock or a full refund, including postage, will be offered.
- Faulty items that are under warranty will be either repaired or replaced with the same or similar model subject to stock.
- Items found not to be faulty will be returned at the customer's cost or re-stocked.
- Items found to be damaged by mis-use will not be refunded and will be returned if requested at the customer's cost.
- Batteries are considered consumable items and are covered for the first 90 days from invoice date.
Please note that warranties are provided by ourselves and not the equipment manufacturer or their agents unless stated otherwise.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
