A: Most of our products are new but the small number of refurbished products work and look just like new, and will be clearly marked so you know if you’ll be receiving goods where the box might be a little less perfect than what you’d expect.

A: Delivery through our eBay store is just like getting something delivered by Comet. Free delivery is available on 1000s of products to any UK mainland address plus the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Please check the postage and packaging charges on the item you want to purchase to see if free delivery applies. Small items are delivered via Parcel Force and large items are delivered by our 2-man team. Please note we can only deliver to the address we receive on the confirmed order. We will not be able to change the delivery address once payment has been confirmed. A: Once you have purchased your product you will receive a confirmation email from eBay and a confirmation email from PayPal when we have received your payment.
