Quite simple really.  Please don’t bid or purchase if you don’t intend to pay, or negative feedback will be left and you will receive an unpaid item strike from Ebay.

Payment

I do ask for payment as quickly as possible (within 4 days) as the sooner you pay, the sooner I can send your goodies.  If you are bidding on more of my items, please let me know and I will invoice you for them all when you have finished shopping, when I have calculated reduced p&p.

I accept UK payments through PayPal, uncrossed postal orders, and … if you can wait 10-14 days for clearance … personal cheques.  Please write your name, address and item number(s) on the reverse.  I use a postal account as I don’t have daily bank access, which is why you need to allow so long for the cheque to clear.  I know this isn’t ideal, but is just an extra option for those who don’t like PayPal or postal orders.

From outside the UK, I can ONLY accept PayPal, no foreign currency or money orders.

Combined Postage (Shipping)

For the cheapest p&p you need to request a combined invoice BEFORE you pay.  Ebay can’t guess the weight of my items as they vary so much in size and weight.

Postage

I usually despatch parcels 6 days a week, but Wednesday and Saturday are early closing days locally, so payments received after 11am will not be despatched the same day.  I use first class postage and always obtain a certificate of posting.  Please allow 15 days for UK delivery as the post office will not look into any claims for loss before this time.  Usually items are received in 1-2 days.  USA deliveries can take up to a week to arrive, and Australia deliveries around 10 days.  Although parcels are not my responsibility once posted, I will do all I can to help in the event of a problem.
