| Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Items must be in unused condition other than trying on
2. Items must be in their original packaging.
3. Items of clothing that include a G-string are non refundable and non exchangeable because of health and hygiene so ensure you are happy with the sizing before ordering
4. We scrutinize returns very carefully and if the item smells of alcohol, body odour, perfume or any other odour or if we suspect that the item has been used then it will be returned to you upon receipt of a further postage fee and no refund will be issued.
5. Please ensure you read the size guide carefully within the item listing page to ensure the item will fit before you buy .
6. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges.
7. Please let us know within 2 days of receipt if an item is faulty or you want to return.
7a. Unfortunately we do not refund any postage costs for any reason other than faults and a handling charge of 15% is applied to all returns other than faults. If we refund your postage for returns then this will be to the value of current 2nd class prices only.
8. Items must be returned using the eBay Returns Process to the address stated. If we are happy that the above criteria has been met then a refund will be issued.
9. Please ensure you obtain Proof Of Postage from the Post Office when returning an item. It is the buyers responsibility to make a claim with the post office should a return go missing |
