| A:Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Collections Etc. offers an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for all of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item within 60 days of the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping on all of our items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:In the continental Unites States, standard shipping is 7-10 business days, and express shipping is 4-6 business days. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:At this time we are only able to ship to the continuous 48 states along with APO and FPO address. We do apologize, but through the eBay site we are unable to ship to non-continental locations like Alaska or Hawaii or to foreign countries. |
| Q:What payment methods do you accept? |

| A:Collections Etc. prefers PayPal as our primary means of payment on eBay. However, we do NOT accept e-checks through PayPal at this time. |
| Q:Can I pick up my purchases? |

| A:No, we do not allow for local pickups of any merchandise purchased on eBay. |
| Q:How can I track my package? |

| A:Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. |
| Q:Do I need to pay taxes on my purchases? |

| A:Collections Etc. charges the following for sales tax:
For orders shipped to Illinois, – add 8% sales tax on merchandise and shipping & handling.
For orders shipped to Kansas, – add appropriate local or county sales tax rate on merchandise and shipping & handling. |
| Q:How do I get an order total and checkout? |

| A:Click on the Check-Out button at the top of the auction page to proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to view your total, complete your payment, and finalize your purchase. You will also receive an email with a checkout link within two hours. |
| Q:Can I pay you directly with Paypal? |

| A:No, you will need to go through our checkout to make any payment for your item. If you pay directly with Paypal, we will have no record of your payment and the item will not be shipped out. Our checkout is fast and ensures you receive exactly what you ordered, quickly. |
| Q:Where can I send my check or money order? |

| A:At this time we do not accept any checks or money orders. |
| Q:I have already paid for my eBay order, can I add more items to my cart? |

| A:No, once you have paid for your items through our checkout, you cannot add any items to the order. Any items added to the cart after you have paid will be treated as a separate order. Shipping and handling cannot be combined with subsequent orders. |
| Q:Is assembly required for the item? |

| A:For most of our items, some assembly is required. We do this so we can ship in the small box possible to keep shipping costs down. Then we can pass that savings on to you with our low shipping-and-handling prices. |
