How do I become a PayPal member?

Becoming a PayPal member is simple.  Best of all, It's free.

After winning an auction, or choosing "Buy it Now" click on the option to pay for your purchase.  You will be bought to the Paypal Payment Details page, which lists the amount you are being charged, and the shipping charges.  Below this information you will see the following:

If you have never paid through PayPal, 

Click on the button.  A one-page form will appear asking for your name, address, and credit card information.  Fill out all the required information and press continue to complete your check-out.

The next time you use Collectibles at a Click or any other Site utilizing PayPal, you will only have to sign on with your password.

Yes:  It's that easy.  And it's secure, too!


 What do you charge for shipping? 

Shipping Calculators are provided for each item. 

Simply input your Zip Code, and your shipping charges will be visible.

 


When will I get my order?

Orders from our WEB Site are collated and pulled from stock daily.  Each item is checked by quality control to be sure you are receiving what you expect before they are packed for shipping. 

Generally, your item will ship on the Monday following your purchase.

We will do our best to accommodate you. 

Once the item ships, you will receive and email from the shipper with a tracking number.  You will be able to log on to their WEB Site for up to date information on when your package will arrive.  In most cases, your package will be delivered on the day specified in the email.


What if the item I want is out of stock ?

We at Collectibles at a Click make every attempt to keep our WEB Site updated with current information.  If an item you ordered from our Site is not in stock, we will do our best to inform you via email as soon as possible.  

If your item is out of stock, we will give you the option of receiveing a full refund, or waiting for the item to arrive.

 


 What is your return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it  within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Please email us ahead of time so we know to expect your return.   The customer will pay all shipping and handling on returns.   Your account will be credited for the purchase price once we receive the item back in resalable condition.  We recommend that you ship via an insured carrier, as we DO NOT EXCEPT DAMAGED RETURNS.

 

Should you receive an item that IS NOT what you ordered, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item once the incorrect  item has been returned to us in salable condition.  Please contact us should this occur. Shipping charges are not refundable should you decide to receive a refund rather than an exchange.
