We use Royal Mail and City Link courier for UK based deliveries whilst international shipments are handled by Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx.
We always try to offer the most competitive shipping rates for all our items.
Whilst we reserve the right to amend shipping charges for items depending upon the delivery destination and service used, as a guideline our shipping rates are usually as follows:
UK Delivery - FREE (Unless stated otherwise)
European Delivery - £5 (For items under 1KG)
European Delivery International Post - £15 (For items under 2KG but more than 1KG)
Worldwide Delivery - £7 (For items under 1KG)
Worldwide Delivery International Post - £25 (For items under 2KG but more than 1KG)
Courier Delivery (FedEx or DHL) Europe or Worldwide – POA (Usually £20-£45)
All Additional/Multiple Items Are Charged at an additional £1 each (Subject to shipping weight and location)
Shipping Insurance £2 OPTIONAL at the Checkout page. (Covers lost in transit and damaged packages).CHOOSING NOT TO TAKE INSURACE WAIVERS YOUR RIGHT TO CLAIM FOR LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 2.00pm the same day. However we may due to certain circumstances become delayed in the shipping of an order. We will always (unless you are contacted otherwise) dispatch the order within 3 working days.
Delivery Times:
Whilst we aim to give accurate delivery information, please beware that there maybe delays with the delivery services we use which is often outside of our control. We request that customers please be patient when waiting for a delivery to be made and allow an acceptable time frame for deliveries to be made, especially with deliveries being made to countries the other side of the globe to the UK and in those countries with less established delivery systems and more rural locations.
PLEASE NOTE: Our carriage charges not only include the cost for shipping but include all our other costs associated with shipping a parcel. These costs include packaging material costs, administration costs, utility costs, staff costs and more. We do not look to make money on shipping costs, but we take all these additional costs into account when calculating the cost of shipping.
We are also known for the additional security measures we have in place, and always go one stage further in our measures to detect and fight against fraud. Please make sure when paying for your items, that the CORRECT billing address for your Credit / Debit Card or VERIFIED PayPal account is used.
We may also delay an order being processed if we are not happy with the security of the order, or delivery address – This applies to all orders!
We can ship to almost all countries of the world. We do however take particular care and require often additional security measures to be completed if a request for delivery is made to Nigeria and Singapore. |
