Returns
We do accept returns under the following conditions:
- Please first notify us you are returning the item.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned unworn with tags intact and in original packaging. Please include a note stating your ebay ID and the item number so we can easily process the refund.
- You the buyer, will be responsible for the return postage costs and we do not reinburse them unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend you use a trackable service which provides proof of delivery to us.
- Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition, we will give you a full refund.
Faulty Item Returns
It is unlikely your item will be faulty but if it is, please return it to us as in the above, for a replacement or a full refund. We will in this case refund your return postage costs.
Postage
All items listed are in stock and we will post all items within 24 hours of payment excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded for all items and items will usually arrive within 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed.
Next day delivery is available at an extra cost but we must have you paid order by 12 noon for it to be posted that day. Please see the individual listings for a price. Next day delivery does not include Saturday delivery which is an additional £4.00 to the Next day delivery price stated.
