UK buyers have 7 days from receipt of your goods in which to return them. If we have shipped outside of the United Kingdom you have 14 days from receipt of your goods in which to return them.
Due to the health and safety at work act 1974 all returned goods must be clean and dry even if faulty.
We must receive them reasonably within the time frames specified. We cannot be accountable for goods that may be lost in the postal service.
Please ensure that the correct amount of postage is used in order to ensure that your returns reach us.
Refunds / Exchanges will not be given until we have received your returned goods as proof of delivery. Postage fees incurred by our customer(s) for returned goods are non refundable.
