Warranty

All of our items come with at least a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty (please see listing for specific time frame as some warranty periods vary) covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by incorrect fitting by the user.

All parts should be installed by a qualified mechanic, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by professional fitting procedures not undertaken.

Copies of invoices maybe requested if a warranty claim is instigated to question procedures followed.

Returns

We offer a 7 Day no quibble return policy provided that the following criteria is met:

• Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition in original packaging with documentation as supplied.
• You will be refunded the entire purchase price (postage and packaging not included)
• Items must not have been fitted or tested on the vehicle
• We must be informed of any returns within 7 days of the original purchase date
• Before returning any item a Returns Authorisation Number must be raised and can be obtained by contacting info@clickcarparts.co.uk
• Items must be returned to us at your cost with a Returns Authorisation Number within 14 days of original order date.

At Click Car Parts we strive to exceed our customer's expectations however we do realise that on occasion you may need to return or cancel an item you have purchased.

To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please email us at info@clickcarparts.co.uk where you will be asked to fill out a returns form.

Please be aware that when requesting an item to be returned through being faulty, the item will be required to be tested for a refund or replacement to be arranged.

Please note Click Car Parts will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure you have taken out sufficient insurance for you package.

All returns must be received within 7 days of supplying a Returns Authorisation Number.

On Receipt of the returned goods an inspection will be made and refunded at our discretion.
