We only sell new items (unless stated in the listing). We do not sell refurbished or grey stock. Cameras are supplied with all cables, batteries, chargers, software and English instructions as well as UK warranties. As we are a small, agile business,we endeavour to get your item(s) to you as soon as is possible. We will post items ordered up to 4.00 PM each week day on the same day (except Bank Holidays). Items ordered after 4PM on Friday would be posted the next Monday. Should you require an item quickly we can send by Special Delivery for an additional charge. Our more expensive items, such as cameras, would be sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow 2/3 days for UK delivery. Judging from our feedback, most items that we despatch would be expected to arrive within a couple of days. However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery. We pride ourselves on offering a fair price which includes the postage and packing charge. Please feel free to check out our feedback to see how our existing customers have rated our service.
Occasionally an item will sell both in our eBay shop and in our bricks and mortar shop at the same time. Should this be the case, we will email you and offer the option of a full refund or alternatively we will supply you when stocks become available. We will, of course, advise you of when stock is expected.
