| A:Our items have FREE postage. You can choose to select the 'Get It Fast' option and pay £6.99 for courier. If ordering multiple items via courier the postage will cost no more than £10.00 no matter how many items you purchase from us. |

| A:Buyers can return items within 7 working days for a full refund.
Please use the eBay return request option via the eBay Resolution Centre. Please note, items must be returned in new un-used condition with any protective cover still intact.
It is up to the buyer to ensure items are well packaged. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. |

| A:Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, and up to 2 working days. Delivery times vary, smaller orders usually arrive within 2 days of purchase. Larger orders are usually sent by next day courier and require a signature. |
