 | A: All our items are covered by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Returning goods:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us by telephone (0870 7669124) or email (sales@classicsagogo.com) within 7 days and we will exchange it or refund your payment, less postage & packaging costs. |

 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes, when possible. Please ensure you ask for a total amount before paying though, or we cannot then combine the postage. |

 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 |
 | A: We dispatch items as soon as possible, normally next day, but delivery times are NOT under our control once we pass the item to our carriers. If you have not received your order after 7 days (up to 18 days on international orders) please inform us and we will investigate. We are not responsible for lost items if the optional insurance is not taken. |

 | Q: Lost Damaged Parcels |

 | A: In the event of an item being lost or damaged, on request we will send the buyer the Royal Mail Certificate of Postage and a Royal Mail claim form. It is the buyers responsibility to submit the claim to Royal Mail. |

 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 |
 | A: Yes, when the item allows, as certain items are prohibited. Carriage costs can also be expensive for international orders but we do our best to keep these down. Please ask for a quote before ordering if you are unsure. |

 | Q: Would like to pay by personal cheque? UK Only. |
 |
 | A: Please make cheques out to Classicsagogo and remember if paying by cheque that bank clearance times are around 4-7 days and we do not always bank daily. If paying by cheque please allow 14-18 days for delivery of your item. We only accept UK pound sterling cheques. |
