| Q. Do you combine postage for multiple purchases?
A. Yes we do and we only charge up to a maximum of £8.95 for items up to 30kg. eBay will automatically combine the postage if more than one of the same item is bought. If you are buying different items please request a combined p&p invoice before paying.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Costs for smaller items can be found by selecting your country on the drop down menu under the p+p section of the listing. Please contact us for a quote on larger items.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 working days. Our parcels are usually sent Royal Mail second class and should therefore arrive within 3-5 working days. We do offer a "Get It Fast" Service for an additional cost. Please see our listings for details.
Q. How do I pay for my items?
A. We prefer that you pay for your item using PayPal, but if you would like to pay by Postal Order or UK bank sterling cheque make it payable to "Simarc Trading Ltd". Cheques take 7-10 days to clear. Credit card payments can be made by calling 01788 810006 between 9pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday. More information on our Payment Information page. |
