We ship all of our items in professionally manufactured, protective packaging via Royal Mail or other 24 hour courier.

Please bear in mind if you have paid by echeque (where your PayPal payment is taken from your bank account rather than your balance or credit card) or by bank transfer, these payments may not clear for 5 -10 business days. Once your payment has cleared, your item will be dispatched within 1 business day or 2 business days for wholesale items.

Our Business opening days and hours are 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.
