If goods are unwanted and not Faulty:
Goods can be returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure adequate packaging is used to avoid damages Please use a signed for service as Clarendon Koi accept no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received, unless signed proof of delivery can be provided. All postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges will be refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods recieved are incorrect/ damaged/ or faulty:
With Courier deliveries and Signed for Parcelforce If you find the parcel to be damaged or a shortage you must clearly write this on the drivers paperwork, all parcels signed "Un-Checked" will not be accepted for a claim, although damage is extremely rare, it can happen when sending goods by courier and Royal Mail
