You can request a free sample of this or any other type of our flooring. Contact us with your address and the product you would like to see to ebay@cityfloors.co.uk or call 08456 528 825.

All buyers are encouraged to see a sample before ordering (actually we insist!). Whilst we make our best efforts to describe the flooring correctly and get the best photographs possible, all computer screens show colours differently and you can't beat seeing the real thing!

Ordering

After you have measured the size of the area you wish to cover, remember to add a small amount for cutting losses. It is generally accepted that an additional 6% will normally cover this. The calculator above makes it easy to calculate the number of packs you require.

VAT is chargeable at 17.5% and included in the price.

Fitting Services

We have carefully selected reliable independent fitters available in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle. Prices start from just £20 per m². Contact Lilly on 020 3012 0247 for more information.
Experienced independent fitters with a proven reputation are welcome to call for information about our programme.

Contacting Us

Delivery

Delivery is charged per pallet and the cost varies according to destination. The Delivery Calculator provides a cost guide to your post code. If your post code is not listed please contact us before buying.

Our delivery company requires at least one telephone number (preferably 2 including a mobile) to arrange a delivery time. No despatch will be made without a verified telephone number. Communication is the key ingredient for a reliable delivery service.

Goods will be delivered on a pallet to the kerbside and it is your responsibility to carry the goods to premises. Packs of flooring are heavy so we advise 2 people to lift.

Customer Care

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our very best to exceed your expectations. Never hesitate to contact us by telephone or email.

Our normal operating hours are 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Although we do have lives outside of City Floors, we can often be reached at weekends.

To reduce costs, samples are normally sent by second class post so normally take a couple of days to arrive. If you have an urgent requirement please let us know and we will despatch by first class post.

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you are welcome to return the goods within 14 days as long as they're in a re-saleable condition and receive your money back.

All our solid wood flooring products carry a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
