I ordered the versamark kit which should have had 3 items in it but only recieved 2, I contacted the seller and explained the pen was missing. To which they replied they were sure it was packed in the order. I am not stupid, I checked the envelope it was sent in and it was not in it and there were no holes in it. I would not buy from them again as charged for 3 items but only recieved 2 !!
