| All auction items must be paid for within 5 days of close of auction. We prefer Paypal but postal orders and cheques are fine too.(Cheques must clear first.) We will be happy to combine shipping. If we do not hear from you within three days of close of auction, we reserve the right to relist the item and leave appropriate feedback. Thank you for bidding on our item. |

- Delivery
We will endeavour to post out items to the UK within 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Circles Network shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.
If you have not received your item within 7 working days of completion of your order, Please e-mail us so we can chase it up for you.
- Returns
You have a right to return your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email. Items won on an auction are non-refundable. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as this parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
PLEASE NOTE:We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.This includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
- Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges. No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason Paypal payment is preferred. We take payment via Paypal, cheque, postal order. Paypal address is puppets@circlesnetwork.org.uk. All cheques will be given 7 days to clear.
