There are two different ways we accept returns:
1. DOA policy-
DOA means Dead On Arrival, which is just another way of saying that the item does not work at all. We test all items prior to listing and again before packaging. Therefore, it is very unlikely you will experience this problem, but if you think you do, then you will need to return the item back to us so that we can verify whether or not it faulty. If found faulty, we offer exchange to similar item if available in stock, otherwise, we will refund your payment in full. Return postage is not refunded.
2. Incompatibility policy-
Just because the item doesn't work in your computer doesn't always mean it is DOA or faulty, it may just mean that there is an incompatibility issue with your existing hardware. In this case, you must contact us straight away and we might refund (at our discretion) the purchase price minus all the costs incurred plus the re-stocking fee. You have to pay for the returning the item. This policy also applies to items that you find that you just don't need for whatever reason.
** We send out all our items by Recorded Delivery (requires recipient’s signature) and its buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is the item is returned to us promptly and in the condition that it was sent out.
