I paid £6.90 for postage (in the UK) of these 12 baubles which is rather a lot but they arrived in a cardboard box with no protection and one bauble was damaged. Paying so much for postage one would assume that it would be at least securely packaged. I Contacted seller, but was very disappointed to find that they would only give £1.50 for the broken bauble. The reality is my Christmas display was compromised by uneven numbers. This was poor customer service.

I bought this adaptor before Christmas to fix a set of Christmas Tree lights. When I took it out of the carboard box I found the Earth Pin had been snapped off by an impact that had obviously happened in the post. I contacted the seller and they credited all my costs, after Id supplied photos of the broken adaptor and the cardboard box it arrived in (which clearly showed were the earth pin had gone through the side of the box).
