Shipping Information ~
We ship Worldwide. Most items are shipped in the Priority Flat Rate Envelopes/Boxes that provide the cheapest shipping! There are some items that are also shipped First Class Mail. Shipping to Brazil is in a Express Flat Rate Envelope or Priority Mail with tracking available.
We will combine shipping whenever possible. If you need a shipping quote prior to buying, please contact us with your list of items. The USPS offers Priority Flat Rate Boxes (20 pound weight limit - International), so contact us to fill a box!
USA/APO/FPO;
Priority Envelope ~ $6.15.
Priority Box Costs ~ $12.35 (medium) & $16.45 (large).
CANADA/MEXICO;
Priority Envelope ~ $13.95.
Priority Box Costs ~ $33.95 (medium) & $40.95 (large).
Express Envelope ~ $30.25.
INTERNATIONAL;
Priority Envelope ~ $17.95.
Priority Box Costs ~ $48.95 (medium) & $61.95 (large).
Express Envelope ~ $39.00.
Please also note that we may have to take individual packs/bars out of the original boxes and repack so you get the cheapest shipping possible.
We take great care of your items from melting during our summer months when we shop. However, once it leaves our hands we am not responsible for melting of gum, chocolate or any other items that would melt during hot weather temperatures! It is up to you the buyer to determine if weather conditions will affect your purchase and whether you want to risk it.
If your package is returned back to us for any reason (wrong address or didn't get picked up at your post office), you will be responsible for paying shipping expenses to resend it back to you.
If we make a mistake on the address and it gets returned, we will reship at no expense to you!
Once your package has been shipped from our post office, normal delivery time is as follows;
United States Priority ~ 2-3 business days.
International Priority ~ 6-10 business days to Major Countries (if customs pulls the package for inspection, it will take a little longer to clear). Also note that Italy and occasionally Brazil are notorious for longer shipping times.
Please allow a 4 day processing time from when your payment clears until your package ships. This does not include Weekend's & Holiday's.
Please also be familiar with what will pass through your customs office. It is up to you as the buyer to know if a item will pass or not. We can not keep up with all the countries of what will and will not pass. You are also responsible for any duty/taxes that are due in your country for receiving your package! Please know your laws.
Tracking is not available for the International Priority Envelopes. However, to most countries tracking is available on the Priority Flat Rate Boxes.
Product Information ~
The items we sell are NEW! Nothing is expired!! We do not purchase these items until they are bought by you, so we know that you will receive the best quality.
When we shop for your items should our suppliers be out of stock, we will email you with a availability date so you may decide to substitute a item or receive a full refund. Also, the manufacturer may discontinue a item without notice and if we do not expect to receive more we will email you as soon as possible.
Please note that manufacturers do change packaging design and/or flavors! We do try and keep up with the changes and get new pictures for our ads, but occasionally we do get behind. If you are about to buy a product and you know the flavors have changed, please drop us a line to confirm which flavor you would be purchasing!
Payment Information ~
We accept Paypal. We also accept money orders and cashier checks in US currency. If you are making more than one purchase, please wait for a combined invoice for the correct shipping amount. The eBay calculator does not always figure up the right amount. Payment must be made in 7 days, after 7 days of no payment/no contact, we will report to eBay to get our fees back.
Returns and Refunds ~
Product must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. Buyer pays all shipping costs and it will not be refunded. Refund is given for item only! Not any shipping costs. Please notify us before returning a item or a refund may not be processed.
