USA Shipping using USPS: Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping costs, and insurance is optional but highly recommended since packages sometimes, though rarely, get lost in the mail. If you purchase insurance, I can send you another item, a replacement item or refund your money for the item. |

If there are any problems with your purchase, please let me know ASAP. Packages are usually mailed within 48 hours after payment is received. If you do not receive your item within about 10 business days, please let me know. Although it rarely happens, packages can get lost, stolen or damaged during transit. I will work with you and the delivery company to track your item. If you need to return an item, please contact me first for return authorization. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless, of course, I have made an error. Please email me about any problems.
