Chocolate is sensitive to humidity, light and odours
if in contact with air and light oxidisation may occur
Chocolate should be protected against air and light
stored in a cool dry place at a constant temperature of 12 to 20 C
All way's ensure that the packaging to store the opened chocolate is closed properly or air tight
never keep your chocolate in a fridge. |
