Shipping and Handling

  • We offer Free shipping and handling for all domestic orders

  • Orders are being shipped every day, Monday to Friday on 11:30 AM (EDT).

  • International buyers are most welcome. Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customs fees are normally collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

  • Our international shipping rate are very competitive. Our rate is usually 10% cheaper then the published rate on USPS. You may check the delivery cost for your country on http://ircalc.usps.gov. If you found that the published rate is cheaper- we will match that price.

  • USPS Express Mail International is our most recommended shipping method for international orders as its much faster and safer then Priority mail and still cheaper then UPS/FedEx/DHL. It may cost you an extra $5-$10 but it worth it.

  • The tracking number will be sent to the customer's email 24-48 from shipping. If you didn't receive it feel free to contact us.

  • International postal service can track the item using the USPS tracking number once the item had reached their country.

 

Payments

  • We are a Verified PayPal user. PayPal is the only method of payment we accept on eBay and the most recommended and secure way for buyers.

  • Orders will be shipped once the payment is cleared and verified.

Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 14 days from the day the item was delivered to you.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
