  • Q: Can you under value the item and mark it as a gift?

  • A: Sorry, we won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

  • Q: Are your items original?

  • A: We guarantee that all the entire items we sell are 100% original and authentic.

  • Q: Are your items brand new?

  • A: Yes! All of our items are brand new and comes with the original box and paperwork. Untouched and unused.

  • Q: Is everything in stock and ready to ship?

  • A: The entire items we listed in our store are in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. However, on rare occasions and since we are all human, minor discrepancies between stock level and listed quantity can happen. In case it happens, will contact you immediately and offer 10% discount on any other item we carry in stock as compensation.

  • Q: How do I use the warranty note I received with the item?

  • A: since we are a wholesaler and not authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty that is included in the box is not endorsed by an authorized retailers.

  • Q: So what is your warranty then?

  • A: We warrant all of our products to be free from manufacturers' defects for a period of three (3) month.  All shipping costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Q: Do I have to pay immediately after I completed the checkout?

  • A: We have no problem waiting a few days for your payment. Please know that after a week eBay automatically opens an unpaid item dispute and the item will be listed again and can be sold do a different buyer.
