All in-stock items will be despatched by return of post once cheques have been received and cleared, and should be received within 5 working days after cheque clearance (except during very busy periods or stated longer in the estimated delivery time).
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.Post and Packaging charges are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty and we will pay up to £2.95 for postal charges. Product exchanges are available with customer paying postal charges (£4.00 for an exchange, please enclose cheque, postal order or request paypal invoice).
Please remember that you are responsible for any goods returned until they reach our warehouse. As a result, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return any products. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the package(s) normally 2-3 working days from when the shop have received the item. Please note if you do not include your ebay details this can lengthen the refund process up to 7 days.
