We try and give our customers as much information as we can on our auctions, but sometimes there can be extra questions that you might need. We hope this page will give you some answers some of the most common questions, please email us if there is anything you need to know.

Measurements

Cannot find the size you require, please look at our eBAY shop or alternatively send us an email and we will check for you and give you the item number, just enter this number into the eBAY search. Please look at our measurement chart for sizes, most of the boys suits start from size 6 months - 15 years. The suits can vary up to an inch from the size chart due to the manufacturers cut of the fabric. The size 15 suit does not come with an elastic waistband. Girl's dresses start from 6 months to 16 years depending on the style.

Jacket Sizes - The sizes in the chart are the approximate size of the jacket, NOT the size of the child's chest, when measuring the child please allow 3-4" for the shirt, breathing space and waistcoat.

Payment Methods

Our preferred payment method is via Paypal, this allows you to pay by credit card and you do not need a PayPal account. We also accept postal orders and cheques, Please include details of your order & eBAY User ID!!.

Shipping

Handling Time - Can be up to 2 working days to process the order from cleared payment some of our items can take upto 5-7 working days these items will state in advert or in the p&p section so please check before ordering.

Postage - Delivery times can vary items normally take 2-3 working days from cleared Payment unless estimated delivery time is stated different.

Within the UK ,Your first item will cost £4 for postage and any additional items will cost just £2, Please contact us when you have made your order (before making payment!) so we can apply a postage discount,Please be aware that we cannot apply postage discount AFTER payment has been made.

Postage costs within Europe & Southern Ireland are charged at £6 for the first item and £3 for additional items paid for on the same invoice.

Royalmail is used for small orders and Parcelforce for larger orders some orders will require a signature upon delivery

We do offer Express delivery which takes 1-2 working days for an extra £5 on some items or Next day delivery for an extra £7. Please contact us through messages in ebay if you would like this service to check availability

Change of Shipping Address

Please ensure the address on your eBAY account is the shipping address, if a change of address is required please notify us as soon as possible using the 'Email the Seller' link in eBAY and we will try our best to help. Redirection of shipped orders will be charged for.

Returns

Q. I want to send my item back for a refund, how can I do this?
A. Please return the unworn item back to us,Please add a note with the item stating you would like a refund,your full name and your ebay username. Refunds can take 2-3 working days to process from the time the shop receive the item/s. Please note if you do not include your ebay details this can lengthen the refund process up to 7 days.

Q. How can I exchange my item for a different size?

A. Please return the unworn item back to us in the original packaging and enclose a small note with your full name, ebay user id and postal address. Please state clearly the size you require along with any other requests you have regarding the exchange,

There is £4.00 fee for the return postage you can send a cheque made payable toChildrenswear.co.uk with the suit or forward payment via paypal. Our paypal email address is clothing@hotmail.co.uk . Please add to note stating you have paid via paypal if you choose to pay by this option

Please be aware that exchanges can take 7-10 working days to receive back from the time you post. If items are required urgently please purchase another item and return the original purchase for a full refund

Q. What do I do if I receive an item that is faulty ?

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or a wrong item has been sent , please return the item back to us and enclose a note stating what the problem is and whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a full refund,

We will refund up to £2.95 postage costs in the event of an error occurring with the order, if you have ordered several suits please contact us first. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage. If you are sending back by courier, special delivery or recored you will need to pay the extra cost.
