- Have you tried to contact us about your problem?
You can do so by emailing us directly here.
All queries are replied to within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, not including Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
We reply to ALL emails - you have our assurance.
Nearly all customers who had left us negative feedback in the past do not contact us about their dissatisfaction and were unaware that we are constantly on stand by to assist them had they tried to.


- Did we offer you a suitable and quick resolution to your problem with your order?
Tip: The earlier you email us about your problem, the faster it can be dealt with.
If the problem is about delivery, do not wait till it is more than 2 weeks before you report it to us as parcels cannot be tracked after that timeframe.
If you are still not happy with our offer to resolve your problem, you can open a dispute through eBay and explain why you are unhappy with our offer to resolve your dispute. eBay will then help you with the step-by-step process to mutually close the dispute.

- Did we try to contact you?
We generally resolve all queries and problems through emails in our "My Messages" in our eBay inbox. However, eBay advices all sellers to contact their buyers directly in the event of a dispute, sometimes through the phone if we are unable to receive a response within an acceptable timeframe. Ensure that the telephone number listed on your account is valid and functional.
