MULTIPLE PURCHASES

We offer combined postage charges on all items. If you are ordering multiple items from different listings please request a revised invoice BEFORE PAYING to allow us to reduce the postage charges accordingly, otherwise, we have to refund the overcharge of postage on each individual item which is quite time-consuming.

POSTAGE-LARGE ITEMS

Due to the recent price increases implemented by Royal Mail on the 2nd April 2013 we have now introduced an alternative service for larger, bulky items. The service is cheaper than Royal Mail, however, DELIVERY IS CONSIDERABLY LONGER. MyHermes quote a delivery period of 3-4 working days from date of collection, so please bear this in mind if you select this option. When leaving feedback YOU MUST CONSIDER THE TIME IT HAS TAKEN FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DESPATCHED, NOT DELIVERED, as we have no control over this. If your order is relatively urgent we suggest you choose the Royal Mail option. If you are unsure then please contact us.
